As a product team, we are crafting a state-of-the-art platform for clients beyond the borders of Europe. Collaborating with both internal and external partners, we gather and exchange crucial data points to streamline customs clearance, parcel processing, second-leg transport coordination, and seamless last-mile delivery.
At the heart of our operations, we manage new Ehub integrations, update existing ones, and perform UI/UX refactors. By working with various stakeholders with diverse needs, we continuously improve and standardize our processes for our clients.
Our platform includes Android applications for mobile devices, a Client-portal, a Staff-portal, and a 3rd party-portal. These tools provide critical data points for tracking the status and location of parcels throughout their lifecycle.
We strive for speed, quality, and reliable clearance by closely working with our APIx team, who run our R&D to innovate and optimize our processes and systems for enhanced operational efficiency and service delivery.
In our team, you'll find only Product Owners, as each member is expected to work with full ownership. We value autonomy and don't believe in micromanagement.
